Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking a Part-Time Male Specimen Collector to join our team in St. George, UT. This role involves collecting urine and/or saliva specimens, processing and shipping, and acting as a liaison between clinics and the laboratory.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in specimen collection or 1+ year in medical settings, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers part-time hours and requires HIPAA and data confidentiality awareness.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collector experience or 1+ year in a medical field
• 2+ years of customer service experience acceptable
• Must be able to use a smartphone and computer
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• HIPAA/compliance knowledge is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as intermediary between practice/clinic and laboratory
• Record patient information and physician order details
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information
• Order and maintain collection supplies onsite
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens
• Travel between facilities as needed
