Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collection or 1+ year in medical field.
• 2+ years of customer service acceptable in place of medical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as intermediary between clinic and laboratory.
• Record patient information and physician order details.
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information.
• Order and maintain collection supplies onsite.
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens.
• Drive between multiple facilities as needed.
