Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandising Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day/week as a team responsibility.
• Replenish styling floor based on sell-through and floorset integrity.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and re-merchandise.
