Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales and loyalty through well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate environments. You will work closely with store leadership to execute merchandising directives and maintain high customer satisfaction.

You should bring visual merchandising experience in women’s fashion, strong communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills to support top-line growth while upholding HEART values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to support brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented while maintaining time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in stores and stay self-motivated.
• Creative with balanced logic, organizational and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience in women’s clothing.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values in daily store style leadership.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives with leadership.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day/week as a team effort.
• Replenish styling floor and manage floorset integrity based on sell-through.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist on markdowns and re-merchandising as needed.
