Qualifications

• Experience engaging families in early childhood or Head Start programs.
• Familiarity with disability, health, mental health, and ERSEA services.
• Strong documentation and case management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support families in program services across engagement, disability, health, mental health, and ERSEA.
• Recruit and enroll families; maintain eligibility documentation for children and pregnant women.
• Coordinate services with staff, partners, and supervisor to support child and family well-being.
• Provide case management and referrals, including emergency and health/nutrition services.
