Job summary

Capella University seeks adjunct and part-time faculty to teach in GuidedPath and FlexPath formats. Responsibilities include delivering instruction from a pre-designed curriculum, mentoring doctoral learners, and participating in doctoral committees.

Faculty must communicate effectively and provide timely feedback to ensure learner success. The role requires travel within the US for doctoral residencies (3–4 times per year, 4–12 days each).

Qualifications

• Experience in graduate-level teaching preferred.
• Ability to mentor doctoral learners and participate in committees.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Familiarity with academic evaluation and assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction from a pre-designed curriculum.
