Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar capacity.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools for general repairs.
• Physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Performs semiskilled duties in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or plastering.
• Maintains property including minor landscaping and assists with special projects.
• Ensures tools and equipment are maintained, organized, and stored safely.
• Inspects premises and reports major issues to management.
• Abides by safety guidelines and performs other duties as assigned.
