Job summary

21 Acres is seeking a part-time Facilities Specialist to support maintenance and operations at the LEED Platinum Center. You will assist the Facilities Manager with light construction, vehicle maintenance, landscaping, and other duties to sustain the facility’s climate-education mission.

The role is outdoor, physical, and requires flexibility in schedule from Tuesday through Saturday. Preferred candidates will have building operations experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing systems, and

Qualifications

• Experience in building operations and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing and construction basics.
• Familiarity with renewable energy, water management and life safety.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with energy management system monitoring and data collection.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance, light repairs, and basic troubleshooting on campus systems.
