Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking a part-time Maintenance worker to handle general repairs and upkeep of our facilities. You will fix buildings, interiors and exteriors, HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks, and move furniture as needed.

You will perform monthly inspections, maintain accurate records, care for outdoor areas, and support the team while upholding safety standards. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; prior maintenance experience is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Make general repairs to buildings, interiors, exteriors, furniture, fixtures, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
• Perform limited appliance repairs, replace parts, and make adjustments.
• Move furniture and items between locations as required.
• Conduct monthly inspections and preventive maintenance on company vehicles and document as required.
• Complete maintenance documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain outdoor lawn and landscape areas as needed.
