Nourse Chillicothe Automall in Chillicothe, OH, is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain the cleanliness and operation of our facilities, plus occasional construction/renovation.

The right candidate will have experience with new construction, plumbing, and electrical (120/240V), with a valid driver’s license; compensation will depend on experience. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC and safety compliance, and snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Comprehensive knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance operations.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electricity, plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure basic functions of systems including water, hygiene, electricity, HVAC for a safe environment.
• Assist in new building projects and renovations.
• Maintain and repair basic electrical and plumbing needs.
