Job summary

Client in Oxford, OH is seeking a Facilities Technician to join the maintenance team in a historic building. You will support operations, perform preventative maintenance, and promote safety.

This role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, HVAC knowledge, CMMS proficiency, and a proactive attitude. Onsite parking is available and there may be contract-to-perm conversion after an initial period.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on construction and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate CMMS and basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe working environment by following procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Record readings and adjust equipment for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot simple electrical circuits and HVAC systems using tools.
• Perform repairs and general maintenance on building components and equipment.
