Job summary

A local chamber of commerce in Chillicothe is seeking a full-time Maintenance Position. The successful candidate will have experience in building maintenance and be responsible for responding to work orders including plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance. Applicants must possess a valid Ohio Driver's license and demonstrate the ability to operate various tools and light motorized equipment. MAINTENANCE POSITION

Full Time position available for large housing facility.

Minimum of 1 year and/or training in building maintenance or equivalent experience with motor vehicle, computer operation; basic carpentry, plumbing, and electric; use or operation of hand, power, and shop tools; use or operation of light motorized equipment including mower, snow blower, backhoe, forklift, etc.

Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s license and insurable.

Responsibilities: Responds to the needs of work orders including plumbing, electrical, general dwelling repairs, ground maintenance, equipment repairs and maintenance, and various projects.
