Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in custodial or maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures; safe handling of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, offices, hallways and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors; clean windows and surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste per regulations; restock supplies.
• Maintain and repair custodial equipment; report safety hazards.
• Update and resolve facility tickets; assist with maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and painting.
• Escort vendors for repairs and maintenance visits; assist in troubleshooting.
