Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely; English fluency required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors and manage waste disposal.
• Restock supplies and maintain custodial equipment in good order.
• Update facility tickets and assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Escort vendors for repairs and assist in troubleshooting.
• Transport supplies across sites and support events as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and DOH/FDNY/ECB guidelines.
