Qualifications

• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative, service-minded attitude.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and perform light repairs across the facility.
• Address repair needs, perform door, lighting, ceiling fixes, and general upkeep.
• Complete HVAC maintenance, filter changes, and minor repairs.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and furniture assembly.
• Set up/tear down furniture for services and events.
• Manage groundskeeping tasks and sprinkler system maintenance.
• Keep records of repairs and coordinate with Facilities Director on major projects.
