Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a strong general mechanical ability.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements, knowledge of security and safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished.
• General building maintenance repair, including bathroom door hardware, ceiling tiles, seats, furniture, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, roof and field assistance.
• Timely completion of reactive and preventive maintenance work orders.
• Perform other duties in a team-oriented, can-do environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to cross-train, and ability to learn on the job.
