Job summary

CNH Industrial on the Sioux Falls Campus is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and operations. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other building tasks to ensure a safe, productive workplace for employees and visitors.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, safety focus, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work on-site.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine issues.

Responsibilities

Perform general building and facility maintenance on the Sioux Falls Campus.
Respond to service tickets and maintenance requests with minimal disruption.
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Perform routine HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor BAS to identify and respond to system issues.
Assist with office remodels, space reconfigurations, and facility improvements.
