Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–3 years building maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and strong mechanical ability.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work performed.
• Repair/replace bathroom hardware, ceilings, seats, HVAC, plumbing, electrical areas.
• Complete preventive and reactive maintenance on schedule.
• Collaborate with team; learn on the job.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.
