You will respond to service tickets, perform preventive maintenance, assist with office reconfigurations, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to keep facilities safe and productive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in building/Facilities maintenance or related trade.
• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing basics.
• Ability to read manuals and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day building maintenance across the Sioux Falls Campus.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete preventive tasks.
• Maintain records and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
