Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, plus some building maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet agency auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities in accordance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance, upkeep, janitorial duties, and repairs as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls; travel among LSS locations within Sioux Falls.
