Job summary

LensCrafters in McKinney, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eye care and eyewear experiences. You will help patients choose frames, guide them with lenses and coatings, and ensure accurate measurements with our optical tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math.
• Strong communication and sales-driven mindset.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by building relationships with customers.
• Use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Promote inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
