Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye-care experiences in-store. You will help customers select frames, discuss lens options, and take precise measurements with optical tools, while upholding a welcoming, professional store environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, comfort with POS systems, and strong communication to meet sales goals. A positive, patient team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements supporting customers in finding the best vision solution.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Participates in maintaining a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
