LensCrafters in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eye-care and customer service. You will help customers choose frames, take measurements, and coordinate with the optician to ensure precise vision solutions for every patient.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to meet sales goals.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements and the optician as needed.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
