Job summary

LensCrafters in Texas is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in eyewear retail. You will assist customers with frame and lens selections, interpret prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with the optical team to ensure the right vision solution.

The role requires strong communication, a track record in retail or customer service, and the ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to learn and use POS systems and basic calculators.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to meet sales goals and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Recommend lenses and coatings based on prescriptions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optical staff.
• Perform measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store display and contribute to a positive team environment.
