Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
