Job summary

Ray-Ban Georgetown is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will develop in-depth knowledge of Ray-Ban products and provide personalized recommendations to clients in-store and online support.

Responsibilities include staying current with eyewear trends, building lasting client relationships, meeting sales targets, assisting with repairs, and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Team player, adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring shopping experiences are memorable.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and product knowledge through training.
• Display in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships with follow-up communication.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets via upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back-of-house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless in-store and online service.
• Understand and adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
