Job summary

Ray-Ban in Hawaii is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, become knowledgeable about our eyewear collections, and drive sales targets. You will guide clients with personalized recommendations and maintain strong relationships both in-store and online.

The role emphasizes in-depth product knowledge, ongoing training, and adherence to brand policies, with opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and support repairs or adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Must be punctual and reliable; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team-player who is collaborative, adaptable and open to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver with ability to evaluate solutions and handle workload pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends and training.
• Display knowledge of brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Maintain relationships with clients and follow up.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store channels.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures, perform other duties as assigned.
