Job summary

Ray-Ban in Miami Worldcenter is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain in-depth product knowledge, engage clients with personalized recommendations, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience. The role requires standing long hours, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and the ability to upsell eyewear and accessories while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Eyewear/luxury retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and build relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Ray-Ban products and warranty features.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs and maintain store appearance.
• Support omnichannel shopping for a seamless in-store and online experience.
• Follow brand policies and assist with miscellaneous duties.
