Job summary

Ray-Ban in Hawaii is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will possess in-depth product knowledge, including trends and styles, and offer personalized recommendations to our clientele.

Key duties include staying current on industry trends, driving upsell and cross-sell, assisting with minor adjustments, and maintaining a clean, engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and build strong relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; participate in trainings.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties, and add-on features.
