Job summary

Ray-Ban Georgetown is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, share expert product knowledge, and help customers select eyewear that fits their lifestyle. You will build lasting relationships with clients, stay up-to-date on trends, and work with the store team to meet daily sales targets while maintaining a polished, inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Team player and adaptable.
• Experience with POS system is a plus.
• Luxury retail or eyewear industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand and warranty features.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
