Responsibilities

• Greets customers quickly (within 30 seconds).
• Answers the telephone promptly (3 rings).
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information; consults with Optician/Management as needed.
• Maintains patient records per HIPAA.
• Places contact lens orders and processes shipments.
• Operates POS system and collects payments following security procedures.
• Explains One Hour processing and delivery times.
• Maintains store appearance per guidelines.
• Keeps updated on promotions and communicates changes to staff.
