LensCrafters in Macy's department stores is seeking a part-time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain tests and products, and assist with frame and lens selections while ensuring accurate records and HIPAA compliance.

Excellent customer service, fashion awareness, and strong communication are essential. Retail and optical experience are preferred, with opportunities for benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds and assist.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Assist with frame and lens selections for vision and lifestyle.
• Handle POS transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support the Optometrist and store management as needed.
