Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is expanding its optical retail presence inside Macy's stores across the U.S. This role supports the practice management team, promoting premium eyecare experiences and ensuring top patient care.

You will assist in the practice's success by supporting optical and lab processes, leading eyecare advisors and sales associates, and helping deliver KPIs while adapting to weekend/evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and retail experience in optical/patient care.
• Knowledge of optical theory and product merchandising or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with POS and patient records systems.

Responsibilities

• Support practice management in ensuring premium eyecare experiences.
• Lead eyecare advisors and sales associates, manage patient flow.
• Promote and guarantee quality care and product knowledge.
• Assist in achieving key performance indicators and process improvements.
• Work weekends and evenings as required by location.
