The part-time role collaborates with executives and HR leaders to advance leadership capabilities, manage workforce planning, payroll oversight, benefits governance, and employee relations, enabling growth and high performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years HR experience in senior leadership roles.
• Experience coaching and mentoring professionals.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Ability to advise executive leadership on complex decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational, leadership, talent, and workforce matters.
• Partner with executives to align people and leadership strategies with organizational priorities.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop leadership development strategies for supervisors, managers, and senior leaders.
• Support payroll and benefits governance and alignment with financial processes.
• Advise on performance management and professional development to support organizational goals.
