Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) / BioFabUSA seeks a part-time Strategic Human Resources Advisor to act as a senior advisor to the executive team. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and people practices to support growth and impact.

The ideal candidate brings extensive HR leadership experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and a proven ability to translate organizational priorities into effective people strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior-executive oversight experience.
• Experience advising executive leadership on complex employment decisions.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Exceptional judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the executive leadership on organizational, leadership, talent, and workforce matters.
• Partner with executives to align people and leadership strategies with organizational priorities.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop leadership and management development strategies for supervisors, managers, and senior leaders.
• Oversee payroll and employee benefits programs with strategic guidance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
