Sanametrix is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (Part-time) to drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization. Serve as trusted advisor to leadership and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR practices with business goals.

This role offers flexibility and potential for DMV remote work. The HRBP will lead end-to-end people functions with support from the Senior HR Specialist, balancing tactical HR operations with strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or active HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP)
• 7–11+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist/HRBP roles
• Clear, empathetic, and candid communicator with all levels
• Experience connecting programs to outcomes; data analysis exposure
• Prolonged computer use

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR and workforce planning; advise leadership on retention and capability planning
• Supervise and support the Senior HR Specialist
• Handle employee relations and documentation; boost engagement
• Manage performance infrastructure: goals, reviews, improvements, check-ins
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, ensuring a great employee experience
• Maintain HR operations and the IQMS artifacts; update handbooks
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state/local laws
• Support recruiting processes and talent acquisition
• Manage leaves and benefits; leave accommodations and return-to-work
• Assist with compensation practices and vendor relations
