Job summary

Private Prep is seeking a part-time EF Coach to support neurodivergent and anxious students with empathetic, strategic guidance. The role involves a mix of online coaching and in-person NYC sessions, with occasional weekends and weekday availability.

Coaches will read and apply Action Plans, coordinate with families and Directors, and provide weekly check-ins plus progress reports every six weeks. Strong EF knowledge and prior related experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students with neurodivergent needs or anxiety.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with families and teams.
• Reliable, responsive scheduling and coordination across time zones.
• Knowledge of Executive Functioning skills is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Travel around NYC for in-person sessions and coordinate with the director before meetings.
• Provide online coaching with occasional in-person sessions; flexible scheduling.
• Write session summaries and progress reports every 6 weeks.
• Respond to requests within 12–24 hours and participate in EF team meetings.
