Job summary

Private Prep NYC LLC in Summit, NJ seeks part-time EF coaches to support neurodivergent and anxious students with empathetic, strategic guidance tailored to their needs. Pay ranges online and in-person sessions, starting at $50-55/hr online and $70-75/hr in person, with some weekend and weekday availability.

Initial sessions may be via Zoom or in-person to establish rapport and fit. Coaching may move to remote work; travel to Summit for in-person sessions is required at project start; ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students with executive function strategies preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with families and team members.
• Strong written communication for summaries and progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Offer availability for weekend and 2-3 weekdays.
• Be highly responsive via email and internal systems within 12–24 hours.
• Travel to Summit, NJ for in-person sessions at project start.
• Coordinate with Director of EF before meeting with a new family.
• Initial sessions may be remote (Zoom) or in-person to establish fit.
• Read and incorporate Action Plan details from families.
