Job summary

Private Prep is seeking a part-time EF Coach to support neurodivergent and anxious students with empathetic, strategic guidance. The role includes both online coaching and in-person visits in MD/DC, with weekend and limited weekday commitments.

You will collaborate with the placements team, read and apply Action Plans, and provide regular progress reports. Ideal candidates have experience or background in EF coaching, Special Education, or psychology, and are comfortable traveling to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in EF coaching or related field.
• Background in Special Education or psychology is helpful.
• Willingness to travel to MD/DC for in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekend availability and 2–3 weekdays as needed.
• Respond to requests within 12–24 hours via email and internal systems.
• Travel to MD/DC for in-person sessions when required.
• Coordinate with EF Director before meeting a new family.
• Read and implement Action Plan details provided by families.
• Schedule and confirm goals as set in the Action Plan.
• Deliver remote coaching with occasional in-person sessions as requested by families.
• Write session summaries and progress reports every 6 weeks.
• Provide 360 support by coordinating with directors, coaches, and the student’s support team.
• Participate in EF Team meetings to share best practices.
