A premier arts organization in New York City is looking for a part-time Executive Assistant. This role focuses on supporting the General Manager and Executive Director, ensuring effective administrative execution. Qualifications
Must have consistent availability during standard business hours (9am-5pm).
Experience managing projects and competing priorities required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the organization’s development calendar.
Track new grant opportunities and maintain a database.
Prepare working documents for grant applications.
Provide proactive schedule management for leadership.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
