Pearson VUE in Bloomington, MN is seeking a regular part-time Test Administrator to join our on-site team. You will check in candidates, verify IDs, proctor exams, and ensure testing procedures are followed.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. The schedule includes varied shifts Monday through Saturday, 7:15 AM to 8:00 PM, with 10–18 hours per week and potential overtime in peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring exams is highly preferred.
• Flexible in work hours and days.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates in/out of testing room.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
• Quiet testing environment; good vision and hearing in that setting.

Responsabilités

• Check in testing candidates and verify identification.
• Explain the exam process to candidates.
• Proctor exams during testing sessions.
• Troubleshoot testing issues with internal departments.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (e.g., cleaning keyboards).
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
