Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, FL seeks an energetic Events Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This part-time role supports operations by handling ticketing, registrations, information services, and event setup across multiple activities.

You will be the first contact for guests, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with facility policies. Applicants should be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays, with strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume environment.
• Must have strong guest service skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins, etc.
• Operate cash register and ticket software.
• Record and file waivers and event information.
• Assist with event setup, tear down, and basic maintenance.
