Job summary

Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, FL is seeking an Events Team Member to greet guests, process registrations for leagues and classes, and provide first-rate service at many touchpoints of the guest experience.

You will assist with event setup and tear down, operate the ticket system, handle waivers, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming venue while working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins, etc.
• Operate cash register and ticket software.
• Record and file waivers and event information; resolve guest concerns.
• Assist with event setup, tear down, and facility maintenance.
