Job summary

Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, FL invites a part-time, seasonal Team Member to join our hospitality-forward staff as we move into a new state-of-the-art theatre. You will serve guests, take orders, and support concessions with a focus on exceptional service.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to handle cash, and comfort with standing for long periods. Prior food/beverage or event experience is preferred, and the team emphasises accuracy, teamwork, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events or food and beverage preferred.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Knowledge of Toast POS or a similar point-of-sale system.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Time management to ensure prompt service.
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to patrons in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and offering menu recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist in setup and breakdown for events and special functions.
• Collaborate with staff to provide a world-class guest experience.
