Job summary

Trail Drive Management Corp TDMC is seeking a part-time Event Technology Support Technician to assist the Technology team with event-related IT needs. The role is primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and is 100% on-site at Fort Worth venues.

Responsibilities include providing first-line tech support during events, troubleshooting issues in real time, and coordinating with venue staff and external teams. A hands-on, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year or more of customer service/technical support experience.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve them.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technology support during arena events and functions.
• Troubleshoot technology issues impacting staff, guests, vendors, and operations.
• Document incidents, steps taken, and resolutions.
• Monitor Wi-Fi and wireless infrastructure performance before, during, and after events.
• Support POS terminals, printers, payment devices, and peripherals.
