Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is seeking a part-time Event Technology Support Technician to assist the Technology team with technology needs for events at venues in Fort Worth, TX. The role is primarily on-site, with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts according to the event schedule.

Responsibilities include supporting Food & Beverage, Ticketing, Guest Services, and Operations by resolving technology issues in real time and documenting resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service or tech support preferred.
• Basic understanding of computers, networks and peripherals.
