Wilks Development, LLC is seeking an Event Operations Technician to maintain and operate our event venues in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves venue upkeep, setup, teardown, and on-site support to staff, vendors, and guests.

You will work closely with the Event Coordinator and management to ensure clean, safe, and guest-ready facilities, addressing issues during events and coordinating repairs as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Support artist, vendor, and promoter load-in/load-out.
• Reset venues after events and return equipment to storage.
• Assist with operational coordination throughout events.
• Provide on-site support to event staff, vendors, performers, and guests.
• Monitor event activities and address issues as they arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of venues and outdoor spaces.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
