Job summary

Legends Global has an immediate part-time Steward opening at Fishers Event Center. You will handle all stewarding tasks, including cleaning china, glassware, and serving equipment, and assist with buffet setup and breakdown for events.

The role requires experience in a Food & Beverage setting, adherence to local Food Codes, and the ability to work closely with staff in a fast-paced venue environment. Physical duties and daily event schedules apply.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Must adhere to local Food Codes.
• Strong ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
• Results oriented with ability to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of all food to prospective functions.
• Delivery, set-up, and breakdown of all equipment to prospective functions.
• Pickup and delivery of hot boxes and products from all concession areas for all events.
• Maintenance of equipment in all pantries, concession areas, and storage locations.
• Cleanliness in both kitchens.
• Running and maintenance of the main dish machine.
• Position is very hands-on with frequent interaction with staff.
• Must be quick with counting and simple arithmetic.
• Other duties as assigned.
