Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Catering Attendant for part-time shifts in a busy food and beverage environment. You will assist with setup, service at banquets, and receptions, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include delivering and displaying food, guiding junior staff, and maintaining cleanliness of food and beverage areas while following safety guidelines and orders from the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years (21 where applicable).
• Must follow all rules and regulations of local health authority & ServeSafe guidelines.
• Must be able to perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must have pleasant personality and neat appearance.
• Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
• Must be able to continuously stand, walk, push, and/or carry for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry and push according to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and break-down banquet locations; deliver and present food to clients in a professional manner.
• Lead and give directions to Bus Persons and Extra help when needed.
• Set-up and break-down Buffets, dining tables, and VIP room locations.
• Deliver and present food and beverages to clients in a professional and efficient manner.
