Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a part-time Bar Back at Fishers Event Center. The role supports bartenders by stocking, cleaning, and preparing beverages, maintaining inventory, and ensuring bar areas are stocked and sanitary during events.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–2 years in food service or bar work, strong guest service abilities, and good communication. This is an hourly, non-exempt position based in Fishers, IN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in food service or bar environment preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand orders.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish bar items, glasses, napkins, and condiments.
• Wash glasses and serving equipment; maintain clean bar area.
• Stock refrigerating units with beverages and ice; manage kegs.
• Assist Bartender and other staff; maintain safety and sanitation.
• Support other Food & Beverage areas as needed.
